About the owners

Hello, I am Nathalie. I am Franco-English and I live in Paris, France. My family has lived in France, Tunisia, and England. My house in Umbria is a family home that we have had for over 20 years. My boys learned to walk, talk, and swim there, so needless to say, it is a place of many memories! We usually spend our summers in Italy, but my boys are becoming more independent. I have decided to rent our house out to others so that you can discover the beautiful region, people, food, and wine. Not to forget that the house is close enough to Florence, Assisi, and Perugia, which are some of the most beautiful cities on earth! So, whether you like winding down and taking it easy or enjoying a lovely day trip, the property has everything to offer.

A typical fully equipped, functional and safe Umbrian property with 2 houses and a private pool of 15 meters. The house offers spacious land and different eating areas with beautiful views. It is perfect to rent with friends and family of all ages. The large pool, which is a small distance from the house, allows the house area to remain calm and tranquil. It is a property where one can disconnect from the usual busy lives. It is also a perfect place for remote working.

Fully equiped for the hot summers with AC, great cooking kitchen, outside facilities to eat and a 15x7 pool, our house will seduce you with the amenities, the space and peacefulness. The town center is a short distance by car and has everything one needs to make a successful and comfortable holiday. If you don't necessarily need a pool, the property is lovely in September to November and again from end March to May (pool opens end May to mid September) During these months, where there are less travelers, visiting is made more accessible and sitting out in the garden is still a possibility. There is something for everyone, youngsters or older adults. Your holidays in our Pergola house can only be good ones!  

Pool would be open from June to end of September (The fees are lower under those periods)
